Independence Pass, Colorado Engagement

Steven and I met through a mutual friend in the industry (he’s an incredible videographer) and quickly became close friends. I remember sitting next to him while he picked out an engagement ring for Candace.
These two share a deep love for each other, and the outdoors, so when it came time shoot their engagement session we let our imaginations run wild. A 4 day camping trip to Aspen, Colorado was the perfect fit and we decided to spend the first sunset at Independence Pass.
The rest of our time together was spent camping in the wilderness we’ve grown fond of and enjoying family-style meals over bonfires. Also, we can’t leave out the many old fashioneds that fueled our midnight dance parties.
